Most Successful batsmen are left handed. Out of five, four leading run scorers are left handed(Mathew Hayden, Adam Gilchrist, Duminy and Suresh Raina).
Most Successful bowlers are left arm bowlers. Out of four, three leading wicket takers are left arm bowlers (RP Singh, Ashish Nehra and Irfan Pathan).
3 hat-tricks are taken in IPL2 so far. All of them taken by part-time bowlers, 2 by Yuvraj and 1 by Rohit Sharma.
Spinners are more effective on these SA pitches but all the five most wicket taker bowlers are fast bowlers (RP Singh, Malinga, Ashish Nehra, Irfan Pathan and Munaf Patel).
So many catches drops. Though the intensity on field is very high but as far as catches are concern it is big disappointment.
Team losing wickets without any run on board. So many times we saw, the team losing their first wicket on first bowl or in first over, without any score on board. This is quite unusual.
Man who has taken most catches is not a wicket – keeper. AB Villiers is leading the table with 12 catches, up till now, leading by 3 catches from Dinesh Karthik who is second in the list.

The team having Zaheer Khan always remains at 7th position. Last year the team was Bangalore and this time it is Mumbai?
Both times the trophy is lifted by foreign(Australian) captions. First year it was Shane Warne and this year it is Gilchrist
